Matthew Dempsey is a culinary artist, writer and scattered pilgrim. He holds his B.A. from Ambrose University College, and his Graduate Dip.C.S. from Regent College, studying Theology and the Arts. A passion for teaching, writing and cooking Matt continues to create a world where each of these intersect with the other. In a similar roundabout process of reinvention, Matt was led to the discovery of a passion for hospitality. What came next was an equal fascination with the creative process that occurred with the melding of theology and culinary arts: two passions into one future. Matt holds his Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. He is a lover of Photography.
